1. Products and Prices:-

1. a) Our products are quoted on this website in Pounds Sterling, and are also available in US Dollars, the Euro and in Australian Dollars.

1. b) We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the Products listed here are described as fairly and accurately as possible. We also endeavour to ensure that price and availability information is published as accurately as possible and is kept up to date. In the unlikely event that this website contains any inaccurate or incomplete information, we shall endeavour to rectify the problem as soon as is practically possible.

1. c) All products listed on this website for sale to you, the customer, are subject to availability and images of products on this website are to be treated as a photographic representation of a product only, and not to be regarded as an accurate representation of that product.

2. a) When you click the 'Checkout' button, you will be taken through our order processing procedure. On the final screen we will show your name, billing address, delivery address, e-mail address, details of your order and the total price payable by you. You may amend your order or correct any of the information which you have provided to us by returning to your shopping cart or clicking on the Back button. If you are satisfied that your personal details and order details are correct, select your payment option - currently only Paypal is available. This will take you to the Paypal payment page to complete your purchase. All payments are administered on our behalf by Paypal.

2. b) On successful completion of your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email from Nails and Beauty Direct. Subject to further validation checks we may make, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.
